Frequently asked questions
Isn't it better to pray directly to Jesus and God?
If you find meaning and peace through this, stick with it! I would not have found fulfillment, meaning, and Jesus without the Blue Book. There are many paths to the Lord, and the little Blue Book makes it easier for many to find Jesus and the Holy Father. John the Apostle, whom Christ loved most, was also entrusted by Jesus to his mother Mary as a son before his resurrection.
Furthermore, the little Blue Book gives you support and orientation in every situation of life. In many congregations, Marian devotion is strongly criticized. “So what?” Mary is the mother of Jesus Christ and her primary task, as you will recognize in the little Blue Book, is to lead souls to God and to Jesus so that they may lead a meaningful, fulfilled, and happy existence. Finding the right path: hope, love, truth. Experiencing life.
Do Mary's messages and faith work miracles?
In my case, the answer to your question is definitely “yes.” With Multiple Sclerosis, a projectile in my back from an assassination attempt, or be it my freedom despite global legal persecution and the fact that I survived a global bounty hunt and brutal imprisonment, I feel deep gratitude for my existence. My central task is crystal clear: To help my neighbors. Especially those who find themselves in difficult, hopeless, nearly impossible situations.
Faith and a life filled with faith promote health, according to convincing meta-studies (e.g., McCullough, Koenig). Other meta-studies demonstrate a higher degree of satisfaction. Mary’s messages also help those who are already doing relatively well. We all have our abilities and tasks in this life. Most importantly, even without “contractual conditions” and guaranteed returns, we simply love, and do good and meaningful things.
I am an atheist or agnostic and think nothing/little of God and religion. What's all this nonsense about?
Many people who rejected religious teachings of any kind have experienced “meaning, support, happiness & peace” in their lives through Mary’s messages. One of our most important ambassadors, without whom this association would not exist, grew up in an atheist household.
From my many years of experience, we have very many atheists, agnostics, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and Jews who use Mary’s messages and lead more fulfilled lives. I would even go so far as to say that at least half of the people in my circle who use the little Blue Book come from another faith or had no faith at all before. You can count me among them as well. After all, I was known in the media for decades as the “Antichrist of the financial world” (quote: Erich Sixt).
I am a Catholic/believer - isn't this possibly a sect or a caste of the Catholic Church?
Not at all. We want to spread the messages of Jesus’s mother Mary. The original English version was given the “Nihil Obstat” attestation by the Catholic Church. Thus, it does not contradict the teachings of the Catholic Church. It calls for prayer, for Mass, for using the rosary. That’s true. But the little book is hardly dogmatic.
The language is easily written and understandable for everyone. Additionally, the non-profit association supports disadvantaged mothers and children. The characteristics used to describe a sect are in no way present in this charitable association (see definition of “sect” in Wikipedia: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sekte). There are no meetings or events to recruit disciples. We in no way exclude agnostics, atheists, or people of other faiths. From a purely economic perspective, there are no fees or payments. So far, not a single cent has been used for salaries. Nevertheless, one could claim that Christianity in its original form, at the time of Jesus, was nothing other than a sect that distanced itself from established classical Judaism through its teachings. Today, Christianity is considered a state religion in Germany, with church tax. We primarily want to define ourselves through good deeds, tolerance toward others, and love. And that without creating obligations or dependencies.
I'm doing well in every respect, why should I use the little Blue Book?
Then perhaps you are an exception. Consider yourself fortunate, be grateful, and share your fortune and abilities with others. Perhaps this is also just a snapshot in time. Life rarely runs linearly and rarely with a steady upward movement toward eternal happiness. Giving, helping, and the meaningfulness of your existence are without doubt – and this is scientifically proven – sources of happiness. And that’s why Mary’s messages also have high relevance for you. If things don’t go so well for you at some point, you will definitely have massive support.
If you google deeper and longer, you find stories about Olive Dawson and her brother that partly seem strange and raise doubts. Additionally, there is also harsh criticism on the internet from websites that present themselves as religious. What do you say to that?
For me and many others, Mary’s messages have sustainably helped us experience happiness, hope, love, and peace in our lives. As humans, we very often try to judge things with our limited intellect instead of using our emotional intelligence. That’s how it was for me for several years after my first reading. I intensively studied the messages and their origin. I was certainly an extremely doubting Thomas.
Today, for me, the words and the messages are what matter. Their recurring relevance when I face large and small challenges. For me, the regular messages from Mary are indispensable. Otherwise, I would relatively quickly lose my orientation and dedicate myself exclusively to increasing my money and power. And I would very quickly fall back into old patterns and definitely not be happy. The messages are crucial, not the medium. I am also just an instrument in this sense – nothing more or less. My task is to make Mary’s messages better known and to help those in need in various ways. Period. Thank God for this purpose.
I wonder how the little Blue Book came to you. Did you find one of the first editions in the hallway in prison?
No, it was already in 2010, when a former Irish freedom fighter gave me the little Blue Book in South America. At that time, I was searching for a truly fulfilling purpose in my somewhat confused, directionless existence. Since then, I’ve been doing much better mentally and physically. I now exist as a father and good companion. The worst threats, like Multiple Sclerosis, 10 times life imprisonment in the USA, are far less acute. In any case, my life has essentially improved greatly. I am happier, healthier, and more empathetic.
Do you have contact with the community in Dublin? Is there a specific order or priest who believes in the apparition? And how did the recording of the text come about? Through the author of the foreword, do you know her?
I have contact with the diocese in Dublin, but little. With OLMOMAG (www.olmomag.org) in England, however, more regularly. Unfortunately, the website is only available in English, but it contains important messages and perspectives.
In my enthusiasm, I bought several copies of the book (about 7 or 9, for my family and friends, for example) and gave them away, and now I have one left for myself. I could buy it and give it away countless times, but is that my job?
Today I heard in conversation that the work at your association is going in a different direction than being missionary in some way. I am also very interested in what one could do in your association, how one could contribute, what training one would need, whether it would be more pastoral or nursing care. Or rather, who can and should be helped in what way.
Spreading the messages of mercy is our only goal. What will emerge from this rapidly growing community of believers will become clear in the coming decades and centuries. We welcome everyone who shares, spreads, and makes known these messages. Even if you form an organization like the ones already existing on four continents. Just do it. Let yourself be guided and inspired. You are blessed! Follow your intuition. There is no hierarchy before God.
